Meditation can be a great way to handle our stress.
I went to Audible so I could see what I could get with my Audible coupon. I found this book, Mindfulness Meditation and checked out the sample. Looks good! I like her voice. I also like the fact that she has a little bit of instruction along with her meditation. I don't like it when all they do is talk or all they do is breathe. This seems to be a good mix.
One of the things I like from my meditation instructions is the fact that the chapter starts with a meditation. I don't want to always have to just listen to talk either. I like the ability to be able to jump right in.
