I already listened to my free audiobook, Warm Bodies, while I paced the house this morning. That got me at least 1,000 steps just after breakfast.
Just now, I was able to get another 3,000 steps in by walking while listening to my audio and it's not even 2:00 yet! That means I am already up to 4,200 steps!
I would not be able to get this done without my Audible account. It really helps being distracted by a book, so I don't focus on how much my back hurts. I really, really appreciate the distraction. If anyone has ever had back pain before, they know that it can be all encompassing.
