Today was a "me" day. I did some good stretching, went for a nice walk, ran a bath, and painted my nails. While my nails dried, I listened to my free audiobook from Audible.

Oh, how much fun that was. I got to continue learning about manipulative people in the book In Sheep's Clothing while I beautified myself. Now I am a better person inside and out!

I listened to Audible while dealing with my back pain

My back was really hurting today. I really, really wanted to lay down and just take some of the pressure off of it. I didn't want to just lay there though, staring at the ceiling. So, you know what came to the rescue? Yup! Audible!

I'm still getting through my book about manipulative people. I'm very much enjoying it though. It's so interesting to learn about people's behaviors and personalities in the context of psychology. I could not be more pleased with this book.

So today I double-dutied it by listening to a book and relaxing my back.

This week I was listening to my Audible book while I did my chores. I was able to collect all the dishes spread out about the house, wash them, put away laundry and wipe down the kitchen. I twas so much more enjoyable while listening to a book.

That's what is so great about Audible -- the multitasking and feeling like you got a lot done. I just love it.
