I'm about 3/4's through the book. I have to say, I'm not digging the going back "in time" as much anymore. It's getting more and more confusing. Interesting story, my sister-in-law is reading it at the same time as me and she texted me in the morning saying that she was beginning to get lost. I asked her what part she was in ... same exact part as me! I was hoping perhaps this was just a poorly written section, but, the further along I get, I think not. I think Kate Atkinson was just losing tack herself, or, maybe she knew where she was at, but didn't realize she wasn't conveying it on the page for her reader.
Regardless, I will trudge on. I do want to know how the book ends, but if pressed, I'd say she is losing me as a reader.
